Custom Pipette Tip By Full Processes
Parts & Mold Design
A pipette tip sample will be provided by our factory. Our factory will design the pipette tip and mold based on that sample. We will send you your sample once the parts have been manufactured and the mold has been completed.
Prototyping
Once we receive your sample back, our factory will then build a prototype of the pipette tip and send it back to you. After that, if the prototype is accepted, the factory will proceed with the production of the custom pipette tip.
Plastic Injection Molding
After the prototype is approved, we will use our injection molding machine to make the plastic mold of the pipette tip. We will then send a sample of the custom pipette tip to you.
Medical Validation and Verification
After we receive your sample back, our factory will perform a medical validation and verification of the custom pipette tip. Once the validation is completed, we will send a PDF of the medical device contract manufacturing.
